To recognize the good work done at parishes to encourage small groups and measure how small group ministry is growing in our archdiocese, Executive Cell Team (ECT) members have been asked to enter their parish’s small groups into GroupVitals by Oct. 10.

To better support parishes, the Office of Mission Support, Catholic Communicators Network, Association of Parish Business Administrators (APBA), and ACC Stewardship Committee, want to learn what communication, registration, sign-up, payment, and giving tools parishes are using, what is working well, and where challenges exist.

These surveys provide essential data that is used to make sure our vital records information is accurate and current, and for the statistical reports required by the Holy See, the USCCB, the Official Catholic Directory, the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis Catholic Directory, the Comprehensive Assignment Board, the Clergy Services Office, and the Chancellors’ Office.
