In response to the Nov. 18 Star Tribune article about the situation with the Christian Brothers Services pension plan, be assured that this has absolutely nothing to do with the pension plan for lay employees and the pension plan for priests of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. The Archdiocese is not and has not been a part of the Christian Brothers pension plan, which the article is referencing.

The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, in collaboration with Emmaus Partners, has completed a comprehensive benchmark study to assess and enhance the effectiveness of parish finance councils.
