The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis is pleased to introduce the Office of Parish Administrative Services (OPAS), a new department established to support parishes by providing tailored, on-site business administrative services. OPAS is designed to strengthen parish operations in key areas including finance, human resources, facilities, stewardship, and compliance—while promoting collaboration with pastors, staff, and Archdiocesan partners.
