The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis is pleased to introduce the Office of Parish Administrative Services (OPAS), a new department established to support parishes by providing tailored, on-site business administrative services. OPAS is designed to strengthen parish operations in key areas including finance, human resources, facilities, stewardship, and compliance—while promoting collaboration with pastors, staff, and Archdiocesan partners.
We are also delighted to welcome Ginger Graham as our first Business Administration Specialist. Ginger has a deep passion for parish mission, shaped through years of service in Belize, Texas, and most recently in Minnesota. In her previous roles as Business Administrator for the Church of Saint Stephen – Holy Rosary and Executive Director of its outreach ministry, Centro Guadalupano, she has demonstrated exceptional skill in assessing operational needs, leading effective change, and building lasting relationships with parish teams. Fluent in Spanish and experienced in both strategic planning and pastoral outreach, Ginger embodies the mission and spirit of OPAS, and we are honored to have her join our team.
