The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis is pleased to introduce the Office of Parish Administrative Services (OPAS), a new department established to support parishes by providing tailored, on-site business administrative services. OPAS is designed to strengthen parish operations in key areas including finance, human resources, facilities, stewardship, and compliance—while promoting collaboration with pastors, staff, and Archdiocesan partners.

Each Catholic entity should take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to systems (includes elementary, middle, and high school students).
