This disclosure is required to be sent to help you understand your retirement plan. Anyone with the right to direct investments in an employer-sponsored retirement plan is being provided with the attached detailed disclosure of fees, expenses and services provided in connection with such plan. This disclosure is updated annually or when certain changes impacting the information provided in this disclosure are made by the plan.

To streamline payments from the Archdiocese, electronic funds transfer (EFT) is now available for payments to parishes and/or schools.

To simplify annual pricing updates and improve consistency across the archdiocese, all entities will have the option to transition to a unified billing structure called HCM Core.

Dates on which employee deductions will be updated in Paycor to reflect 2026 benefit elections, 2026 benefit deduction codes, and instructions for payroll personnel to reconcile the deductions prior to processing the first check date in 2026.
