403b Plan – Go Live – PenServ File Automation.docx

Effective Monday, July 15, 2024, participating employers in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis 403(b) Plan (403(b) Plan) will no longer need to pull the 403B PenServ Custom report in Paycor and report to PenServ. Paycor will automatically send payroll information to PenServ for 403(b) Plan reporting purposes.

Payroll data audit in Paycor

The Association of Parish Business Administrators and the Office of Finance and Administration have collaborated to facilitate a self-audit of specific data fields in Paycor. This audit will help ensure the required data fields are populated and correct for the next APBA salary survey. All locations using Paycor (regardless of participation in the salary survey) must review and complete edits in Paycor by December 15.
