  • Archdiocesan Catholic Center Offices: A list and brief descriptions of offices in the Archdiocesan Catholic Center. 
  • Policy Compendium: A complete reference of policies particular to the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, related to the following topics: Ministerial Standards and Safe Environment, Administration, Clergy, Finance, Sacraments, Catholic Education, and Spanish language policies (pólizas).
  • Parish Finder: Find a parish within the 12-county region of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis
  • Together on the Journey: A monthly video series from Archbishop Bernard Hebda
  • Twice annually all clergy and parish staff are invited to to join fellow parish leaders for an all day all parish staff formation day. Dates will be noted in the Archdiocesan Update (newsletter).
  • Archdiocesan Website – The public-facing website of the Archdiocese, serving the lay faithful. Visit  archspm.org. 
  • Catholic Schools Website – The central resource for all Catholic schools within the Archdiocese. Visit spmcatholicschools.org. 
  • Mission Support – A resource site dedicated to assisting and serving parish staff, school leaders, clergy, and Catholic partners in their ministries. Visit missionsupport.archspm.org
  • ArchPortal – Used for parish survey (Mass counts), priest survey, subscriptions to The Catholic Spirit, and the Office for the Protection of Children and Youth spring audit. Visit archportal.archspm.org. 
  • Archdiocese Benefits Website (through Benefitfocus) – Available to all staff members who participate in the ASPM Medical Benefit Plan (AMBP). Participants also receive period emails pertaining to benefits. Visit archspm.org/benefits.  
  • Careers Website – Used for managing job postings on the Archdiocesan Careers Website. Visit careers.archspm.org.  

Based upon insights and information gathered at synodal listening sessions in 2022 and 2025, Archbishop Bernard Hebda has identified three key areas of renewal for this Archdiocese. In May of 2025, a video was sent out the faithful outlining areas of focus. (“You were born for a time such as this” Esther 4:14).  See below for more information on these particular areas and how they can impact your role:

Here are some of the newsletters available to you in your ministry roles:

Everyone

  • Archdiocesan Update (Weekly, Tuesdays): For clergy; parish staff, trustees and other lay leaders (or volunteers in staff-like positions); Catholic school faculty, staff and lay leaders; ACC staff; and others at local Catholic organizations.

 

Role/Ministry Dependent

  • Parish Leadership Update (Weekly, Thursdays): For clergy, business administrators, Catholic school presidents and principals, and Archdiocesan Catholic Center (ACC) directors.
  • This Week in Communications (Weekly, Mondays): For communications or administrative staff responsible for communications strategy or developing content for the bulletin, parish website, social media, emails, or other communications.
  • Catholic School Leader Update (Weekly, Mondays): For canonical administrators, Catholic school presidents, and principals.   
  • Youth Discipleship Leaders (Monthly): For youth ministry leaders. 
  • Parish Catechetical Update (Monthly): For directors of faith formation and religious education.
