- Twice annually all clergy and parish staff are invited to to join fellow parish leaders for an all day all parish staff formation day. Dates will be noted in the Archdiocesan Update (newsletter).

- ArchPortal – Used for parish survey (Mass counts), priest survey, subscriptions to The Catholic Spirit, and the Office for the Protection of Children and Youth spring audit. Visit archportal.archspm.org.Â
- Archdiocese Benefits Website (through Benefitfocus) – Available to all staff members who participate in the ASPM Medical Benefit Plan (AMBP). Participants also receive period emails pertaining to benefits. Visit archspm.org/benefits. Â

Based upon insights and information gathered at synodal listening sessions in 2022 and 2025, Archbishop Bernard Hebda has identified three key areas of renewal for this Archdiocese. In May of 2025, a video was sent out the faithful outlining areas of focus.
