This day will focus on understanding and accompanying grief as it shows up in the lives of teens, families, and ministers themselves. Leaders will be equipped with pastoral insight and practical tools for walking with young people through loss and suffering.

April’s Summit will explore discipleship as both vision and practice, renewing leaders’ understanding of why a discipleship model matters while offering concrete ways to live it out with teens and volunteers. The day will move from theological grounding to practical frameworks that support long-term, relational ministry.
