Please see this memo from Joseph Kueppers, Civil Chancellor, and Patrick Stephan, from the Human Resources Office, for important information on how parishes will need to modify their Employee Handbooks to comply with the new Minnesota Paid Leave program which starts January 1, 2026. These required changes to Employee Handbooks should be made before December 1, 2025. No approval from the archdiocese is necessary to make these changes.
