The Coalition of Ministry Associations (CMA) is hosting a listening session to gather input on desired resources, obstacles faced, and opportunities or tools for success to enhance ministry effectiveness and collaboration within the Archdiocese.
This session will be hosted in English. Click here if you would like to be notified if a Spanish language session is scheduled.
What You Can Expect:
We will follow the prayerful, active listening, and speaking process, Conversation in the Spirit, used throughout the 2024 Vatican Synod.
The discussion questions are:
- Working In the Church: If someone was interested in working for the Church, what insights would you share regarding the challenges and rewards associated with a career in ministry?
- Ministry Associations:
- If you are a member of a ministry association, what specific support and encouragement would you like to receive from your association in professional and spiritual development, for your role? Or,
- If you are not currently part of a ministry association, what barriers or concerns are preventing you from joining? What benefits and collaboration opportunities would you seek in a ministry association?
- Tools for Success: What resources and tools for success could ministry associations, CMA, and the Archdiocese provide for you that you cannot provide for yourself?
PRIZES! At the end of the listening session, there will be a drawing for four $25 Target gift cards for participants.
