Contemporary trauma research increasingly suggests that trauma resides in the body. What does that actually mean? How does one recognize trauma responses? What can be done to process the trauma? Presenter Derek Sakowski will share some of the lessons and practical tools that he's learned on his own journey of healing and his accompaniment of others.
