The mission of the Office of Parish and Clergy Services (OPCS) is to directly support, communicate and collaborate
with parishes and clergy, offering a direct link to the Archdiocese and its resources.
The Archdiocesan Catholic Center is located in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood of Saint Paul. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
