Once the parish has completed the GAAP Compliance Conversion process, additional reports should be
submitted to parish leadership. These reports are meant to be added to the existing reports currently
being submitted to parish leadership, and not meant to replace the existing statements.

2. Project Summary
The GAAP Compliant Statements should be reconciled to Project Summary to ensure proper coding of
transactions.
