The Archdiocesan Application for Educational Benefits assists schools in gathering the most complete and accurate information regarding their free or reduced lunch count for the Archdiocesan Schools Report. This form will also determine which families would be qualify for Title I intervention aide, gathering information needed to report on a school’s Fall Non-Public Report. Schools not participating in the state’s new free meals (breakfast and lunch) program may consider using this form or something similar to gather the information they will need on both the Annual School Report for the Archdiocese as well as MDE’s Fall Nonpublic Report.
