Proxies requiring canonical approval timeline

Proxies requiring canonical approval (see Policy #216 Section III B and G), must be discussed and voted upon at the regularly-scheduled meetings of the College of Consultors and Archdiocesan Finance Council. To obtain timely approval, please make your submissions at least three weeks ahead of the meetings listed below:

Archdiocesan Finance Council: May 22, Aug. 19, Nov. 18, Feb. 10, 2026, May 19, 2026
College of Consultors: April 22, May 13, Sept. 16, Oct. 21, Nov. 4, Jan. 27, 2026, Feb. 24, 2026, Mar. 17, 2026, April 21, 2026, May 12, 2026
