To align with industry best practices in online security, ParishSOFT is adding two-factor authentication to all Giving Manager Portal login attempts beginning Tuesday, February 13. This simply means that administrative users accessing Parish Giving need to enter a secure code sent via email upon logging in to their account, in addition to their normal credentials. Each login attempt will require access to the email address tied to that administrator or user. Best practices require separate login credentials for each user.
Two-factor authentication for ParishSOFT Family Suite and ParishSOFT Accounting will be implemented in Phase 2 scheduled in the second quarter of 2024.
