As of November 18, the ParishSOFT Family Suite duplicate resolution project is now complete! Over the past few months, ParishSOFT has worked diligently to merge approximately 60,000 duplicate records, streamlining the system and enhancing overall performance.
The ParishSOFT Family Suite system is once again available 24/7, and you should no longer encounter slowdowns or the “oops” messages that some users experienced during the process. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as this important improvement was implemented.
The ParishSOFT development team worked on a de-duplication project, merging approximately 60,000 identified duplicate family records. This process took place during evenings and weekends.
