Moore, the lockbox for processing gifts, has requested that going forward this form is included in the prepaid envelopes so gifts can be processed in a timely manner.
To be sure your parish is getting credited for the cash gifts that are coming in, please take the following steps:
- Ensure that two people at your parish are counting the cash received.
- Put the cash into an envelope, write the total amount on the envelope, and fill out the in-pew form.
- Put the envelope and form into the pre-paid envelope to be mailed.
- Please do not put cash directly into the pre-paid envelope.
