Minnesota Paid Leave Resources

The Minnesota Paid Leave Program launches in January 2026. Minnesota Paid Leave is a paid benefit, administered by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), that will provide eligible employees a certain amount of wage replacement and job protection if they experience a serious health condition that prevents then from working or to care for a sick family member. Minnesota Paid Leave is in the process of drafting final rules relating to the Paid Leave Program.
