Archbishop/Bishop Participation Request Form, Events for Annual Bishops’ Review

Pastors, Parochial Administrators and Business Administrators: To request participation of a bishop for your event, please visit the request form and complete the proper form for your requested event date. If this request is submitted by April 1, 2026 (the deadline for events occurring between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027), you will receive a response to your request following the Annual Bishops’ Review, beginning in May 2026. If your request is received after the deadline, it will be reviewed in the order received once the Annual Bishops’ Review has been completed.
