When one’s employment and spiritual life are so entwined, how can one find balance in work as well as physical, mental and spiritual health? This Parish Staff Formation Day—open to all parish and Catholic school staff, clergy, and Archdiocesan Catholic Center staff—offers a few moments of retreat to rest in the Lord’s presence and explore practical steps toward healing and health as one integrated Body of Christ.
The date includes Mass, a talk by Archbishop Bernard Hebda, a presentation from Dr. Dan McClure on “Abiding in the Body: Integration and Fruitfulness in Times of Crisis,” lunch and discussion among peers. The program ends at 1 p.m. and will be followed by an optional Holy Hour, including a reflection by Father Joseph Bambenek and opportunities for confession and prayer teams.
