There is a common saying among leaders that the first 90 days in a new position can determine a person’s success. This is a workshop that provides orientation for priests who will soon begin their first pastor assignment or for pastors who will soon be assigned to pastor a new parish. Priests receive training and formation on how to get off to a great start in their first 90 days as pastor, including pastor leadership, do’s and don’ts, practical checklists, advice from experienced pastors, avoiding pitfalls, self-care, etc.
