Parish Financial Analysis for Newly Appointed Pastors and Parochial Administrators

We are working with Emmaus Partners to provide their financial analysis services to first-time pastors as they receive their first parish assignment or current pastors moving from one parish to another. We will provide an overview of important parish finance and budget management principles/tools, as well as a top-level financial review of your newly assigned parish and school financial statements and a school report.
