This module helps clergy see budgeting not just as a financial exercise, but as a vital ministry of stewardship. We will explore how thoughtful, mission-aligned budgets for the parish and school can strengthen pastoral priorities, support the faith formation of parishioners and students, and ensure the responsible use of resources entrusted to the Church. Participants will gain practical skills to guide, review, and communicate budgets in collaboration with finance councils and school leadership, fostering transparency and trust within the community.
Judy Logan and Jim Weiland of Emmaus Partners will lead this module. They will also be available on an ongoing basis to work with you in your particular needs in parish finance, budgeting and even strategic planning.
