The Pastor Workshop is an intensive program designed to help pastors realize their full potential to lead thriving parishes.

Opportunity for pastors and parochial vicars to get off to a great start as true collaborators in ministry. This luncheon event is designed to stimulate and help deepen this communication, understanding, and clarity.

This is a workshop that provides orientation for priests who will soon begin their first pastor assignment or for pastors who will soon be assigned to pastor a new parish.

It is no surprise that studies and experience show the first years of priesthood are an extremely important formative time for new priests to be properly supported and affirmed in priestly identity and ministry.
