This module helps clergy see budgeting not just as a financial exercise, but as a vital ministry of stewardship. We will explore how thoughtful, mission-aligned budgets for the parish and school can strengthen pastoral priorities, support the faith formation of parishioners and students, and ensure the responsible use of resources entrusted to the Church.
